3 WAYS TO USE MOZART PUMPKIN SPICE CHOCOLATE LIQUEUR (2024)

Today I’m going to be sharing3 ways to useMozart Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Liqueur.

I better start off by letting my regular readers know that unfortunately this is not a dairy free liqueur. I decided to take on the challenge of coming up with some fun recipes to use it with because I knew my friends would love it and the packaging is fab.I can also confirm that I did have a cheeky little sip and it’s delicious!

I’ve been spotting the Mozart Chocolate Liqueurs around for a while now. Their regular flavours include white, dark, milk and strawberry chocolate liqueur. They also have a chocolate vodka. This is the first year I’ve see Mozart’sPumpkin Spice Liqueur. I instantly fell in love with the packaging and knew it would be perfect for Halloween.

As you can probably guess, the liqueurs come from Austria. They’re a homage to Mozart and his birthplace, Salzburg (throwback post to when I visited). There are some behind the scenes photos over on the website of the bottle processwhich are really interesting.

If you fancy re-creating any of the drinks below you can stock up on Mozart Pumpkin Spice over on 31Dover. They also have some really good bundles available. I think the bundles are fab for any party plans you might have over the next week. Alternatively a bottle of Mozart would be a fab gift to a friend or of course, yourself.

Let’s kick off the co*cktail recipes.

Pick out your favourite Halloween shot glasses. I found these skulls in my local T.K.Maxx but they have the same ones over on Amazon which you could order on Prime.

Then cheers to good health and down in one. I also find these shots are really tasty to sip. They’re a mix of fiery cinnamon and sweet, creamy spice. The flavours really balance each other out well.

For this recipe I’m using Outer Space vodka, because of it’s fantastically fitting for Halloween. I’m also using the Califia Farms Cold Brew coffee instead of my usual Nespresso shots. This stuff is really strong and I didn’t fancy waiting around for my usual coffee to cool down. You don’t have to do this, you can simply pre-make your coffee and pop it in the fridge to cool down.

Ideally you want to be pouring all your ingredients into a co*cktail shaker. However, for the purpose of these photos I started off with a glass and then transferred everything into the shaker.

Grab your vodka of choice and pour in a double shot (50ml).

Take your trusty bottle of Mozart Pumpkin Spice and go ahead and pour in a double shot (50ml). You can eyeball it like me or use a jigger like this.I think I’m going to have to treat myself to a new co*cktail kit when I move house.

Now it’s time to pour in the coffee. Take your chilled coffee and slowly add in a double shot/half cup depending on the strength.

I switched out the contents of the glass into a shaker.

Take your co*cktail shaker full of ingredients and give it a good old shake. If you have crushed ice to hand then that will give you an even better result.

Finally serve in a martini glass. If like me you don’t have one, then improvise. It’s still going to tastereallygood. I even managed to find the scream mask hiding in my drink. I love a classic espresso martini (here’s my recipe from last year) but this is a fun autumnal twist and will be perfect to serve up at your Halloween party.

Boozy Pumpkin Spiced Latte

A spicy twist to ward off the winter months.

Ingredients:
Mozart Pumpkin Spice –25ml or opt for 50ml if you fancy something a little stronger
Milk – half a cup of your favourite milk
Coffee – 1 shot

If you’ve got a Nespresso Aeroccino just pop the ingredients into it. If not, you could use a hand whisk and heat the ingredients in a pan.

Start by adding a cup (measure this out in your favourite coffee mug) of milk.

If you’re making a longer drink I’d suggest going in with a double shot (50ml) of Mozart Pumpkin Spice.

Use a spoon to hold back the froth and pour in the warm milk. Then remove the spoon and allow the lovely frothy mixture to fall onto the top of your boozy PSL.
