RECIPE FAQs
How long to bake pork ribs?
We usually bake the pork ribs at 180ºC (350ºF) and it takes for this recipe 1 hour and 45 minutes but, if you lower the temperature to 150ºC (300ºF) it takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes. Despite taking longer to bake, it has the advantage of enhancing much more the flavors and the meat gets more tender.

These are really good, just made them for the second time. This time I used just a bit of olive oil to cover each rib, no more than 1/4 cup total. I added some chicken broth and they came out really nice and tender. I also added a garlic powder seasoning mix and a bit of cinnamon.
Next time I’m going to try to make up a marinade to add a big more flavor into the meat.
